How does the subscription work?

You’ll choose the caliber subscription of your choice and we’ll ship out to you the 5th of every month.

When Will My Ammo Ship?

Ammo subscriptions are shipped on the 5th of every month. If the 5th happens to fall on a weekend, shipments will be made the following business day.

What type of ammo is this?

Our ammunition is distinguished by its exceptional quality and is produced exclusively by ON TARGET ammunition manufacturing in Kansas City, Missouri. Each bullet fired from Ammo Box undergoes thorough examination by our dedicated team.

What States Do You Ship To?

We are unable to ship ammunition to the following destinations:


1. International Addresses
2. P.O. Boxes (Please note that UPS and FedEx require a physical address)
3. Alaska – Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship ammunition to Alaska.
4. Hawaii – Regrettably, we cannot currently ship ammunition to Hawaii.
5. Maryland
6. Puerto Rico

However, we can facilitate shipments to the following areas under specific conditions:

1. California: Now, we are required to ship ammunition to an FFL Dealer or Ammo Dealer.
2. Connecticut: A copy of your Driver's License and a Permit to Carry or Ammunition Certificate are mandatory.
3. New Jersey: We must have a valid Firearms Identification Card on file or through FFL.
4. Massachusetts: We require either a LTC (License to Carry) or FID (Firearms Identification Card) on file before processing the shipment.
5. Illinois: We need a valid Firearms Identification Card on file along with a Driver's License or State ID.
6. New York: While we are unable to ship to New York City, we can arrange shipments to other areas within the state through FFL.
7. Washington DC through FFL
Please ensure that you meet the specific requirements for your location before attempting to place an order for ammunition.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will be calculated during checkout as we ship with UPS.

What is your return policy?

Ammo Box is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers at all times. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may lead to customers receiving damaged or defective products. We understand this and are here to assist you. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with our office promptly. It is essential to reach out within 30 days from the date of your order.
If our office is informed of any damaged or defective product within thirty (30) calendar days of the order date, you will have the option of receiving a complete refund, a full store credit, or a free replacement for the damaged or defective item (please note that our warehouse team will inspect the product upon return to verify its condition, and our office reserves the right to choose between refunding your payment, providing a store credit, or replacing the product at our discretion). We strive to ensure that all our customers are treated equitably, so please don't hesitate to inform us if any issue arises.

What Is Your Minimum Age To Purchase Ammunition?

The age requirement varies depending on your state. According to the Gun Control Act, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and 21 years old or older for all other types of ammunition. To ensure compliance with your local laws, please verify the ammunition purchase age in your area

How do I contact Ammo Box customer service?

Do you offer a first responders, LEO or military discount?

We sure do! Please send us an email at support@ammobox.com and we’ll provide a discount.

Do you sell ammunition aside from subscriptions?

We sure do! Just pick the caliber of your choice and we’ll ship within 72 hours.

Do prices fluctuate?

Ammo prices do fluctuate. But, our commitment to you does not. We want to make sure we are getting you the best price available. At the beginning of each month we will update the cost per round so you know exactly how much ammo to expect.
